How to Whitelist PM Help in Google Workspace
A short, one-time setup that lets your team connect their email to PM Help without security blocks or warning screens.
Who is this guide for?
This guide is intended for your organization's IT Administrator or the person who manages your Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) account.
Why is this necessary?
To keep your corporate data secure, Google Workspace often blocks or displays strong warnings when employees try to connect third-party applications to their work emails. By completing these quick steps, you are officially “trusting” our application — so your team can connect their accounts smoothly without encountering security blocks or scary warning screens.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log into the Google Admin Console
- Go to admin.google.com.
- Log in using your Google Workspace administrator account.
Navigate to API Controls
- On the left-hand menu, go to Security › Access and data control › API controls.(If you don't see the left-hand menu, click the hamburger icon ☰ in the top-left corner.)
- Under the App access control section, click on the Manage Third-Party App Access link.
Add Our Application
- Click on the Add app dropdown menu.
- Select OAuth App Name or Client ID.
- In the search box, copy and paste our exact Client ID below:

- Hover over our app and click Select.
Configure Access
- You will see a list of OAuth Client IDs associated with our app. Check the box to select our app, then click Select.
- On the next screen, you will be asked to set the access level. Select the Trusted: Can access all Google services option.
- Click Configure (or Save).
You're all set! 🎉
Our app will now appear in your list of connected apps with a “Trusted” status. It may take a few minutes for Google's servers to propagate the change. Once finished, your employees can seamlessly connect their email accounts to our platform.
